REGISTRATION

The desk for registration, information and distribution of documents will be open as follows:

  • Wednesday 30 August 2006
    13:00-17:30
  • Thursday 31 August 2006
    08:00-17:30
  • Friday 1 September 2006
    08:00-16:30

BADGES

Badges must always be visible in the Forum centre.

FORUM DOCUMENTS

The forum documents should be collected at the registration desk during opening hours.

COFFEE BREAKS

Coffee breaks are included in the registration fee. They will be served to delegates in the exhibition area during the session breaks.

LUNCHES

Lunches are not included in the registration fee. The CICG restaurant is reserved to Forum Participants. Many restaurants are located in Forum centre vicinity.

LANGUAGES

English is the official Forum language.
French translation will only be available at plenary sessions.

LOST AND FOUND

A lost-and-found service is available at the registration desk.

MESSAGES

Participants can use the message counter at the registration desk.

SPEAKER’S PREVIEW ROOM

Speakers are asked to present their PC formatted disks (PowerPoint presentations) to the Speaker’s Preview Room centre at least two hours before their session.

All conference rooms contain state-of-the-art technical equipment.

The Speakers’ Preview Room will be opened as follows:

EXHIBITION INFORMATION

The Geneva Health Forum 2006 exhibition, located in the main entrance of the CICG will display commercial and non commercial material from International Organizations, Pharmaceutical Companies, Media Publishers and Scientific Societies.

Registration desk, catering facilities and Poster displays will also be located in the exhibition hall.

POSTER SESSIONS

Posters will be displayed in the Exhibition Hall. They should be mounted on the assigned board in the Poster Display area located in the exhibition hall. Please contact the registration desk to get the necessary material. The authors should be present in the poster area during poster viewing for free discussion.
